Prestige Home Care LLC is a growing Pennsylvania provider of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism live meaningful, independent lives in their homes and communities.
We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are committed to making a positive difference every day. Whether you are experienced or new to the field, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide person-centered supports that promote independence, dignity, health, and community inclusion. Responsibilities include:
- Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Support meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and other daily living activities.
- Encourage independence and teach life skills based on each individual's goals.
- Assist individuals in participating in community activities, appointments, recreation, employment, and volunteer opportunities.
- Build positive relationships while respecting participant rights, choices, and preferences.
- Implement Individual Support Plans (ISP), behavior support strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor participant health and safety and report concerns promptly.
- Complete accurate daily documentation and electronic service records.
- Report incidents in accordance with Pennsylvania ODP requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
- Participate in required training, meetings, and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (preferred).
- Ability to pass Pennsylvania State Police, Child Abuse, and FBI background checks, when applicable.
- Ability to successfully complete agency orientation and required ODP training.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or will be provided.
- Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, home care, behavioral health, or human services is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to safely assist individuals with mobility and transfers.
- Ability to travel within assigned service areas.

- Day -11 am-3 pm
- Part-time 20 hours weekly
